We ship worldwide and shipping is free for NL customers. Rates for other regions are calculated in the check-out. Please consider duty costs may vary per country and will be charged at the receipient.

RETURNS
Please email the tracking information of the return shipment within 30 days after the parcel was received. Refunds will process within one work week after receiving the return. Returned goods must be unworn and should include all features including packaging and accessories.

Applying single-origin sourcing principles, meaning we source all materials in the same region where the bags are made. In our case, the bags are hand-made and sourced in Veneto, Italy's North-eastern region famously known for its long history in leather crafts, inhabiting some of the worlds finest tanneries and crafts(wo)men.
